Privacy policy
Version 1.7, effective 2026-10-02
What Dewx collects from the businesses that use it and about the people it contacts for them, where those details come from, why, who helps us, how long we keep them, and how anyone can see, export or delete them.
Who we are
Dewx (dewx.ai) is run by Prospect Engine LLC, a Texas limited liability company (registration Texas SOS file 0805163018). We are the controller for the data about you as a customer, and about anyone who talks to Dew in a demo call.
For privacy questions, write to roki@dewx.com. We reply within 5 business days.
Dewx is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data; tell us and we delete it.
What we collect about customers
The pilot is by invitation. We collect only what we need to run your account.
- Your name, work email, company and time zone. We check the email with a one-time code.
- If you join the waitlist: your name, work email, company, LinkedIn profile link, role, company size, country and what you sell, so we can check your fit for the pilot and email you about your spot. Product news only if you tick that box. We delete the entry when you ask.
- If you paid a priority deposit before we stopped taking them: the payment record from our payment provider (never your card details), so we can credit or refund it.
- During a call with Dew, our AI assistant: a text transcript of what was said. We never store call audio on our own servers.
- Voice: in a voice call, Google's Gemini Live hears your speech while the call is live and speaks Dew's replies. Dew tells you this and asks before any audio. Under the Gemini API terms, Google may keep what it receives, and unless the service is on Google's paid tier it may use it to improve its products; on the paid tier it keeps it up to 55 days to check for abuse. ElevenLabs is held as a fallback voice engine and is off unless we switch it on. If no voice engine is available, your browser's own speech service may be used; in Chrome that service is run by Google, under Google's terms.
- Your LinkedIn connection, through Unipile. We never store your LinkedIn password or session cookie.
- If you write to us on WhatsApp: your number, your name and the messages you exchange with Dew and our team there.
- Messages your campaigns send, and the replies they get.
- Usage counts, such as how many leads were found or messages drafted each day. We use these for limits and billing, not for advertising.
- Billing details: your wallet top ups, each charge taken from your wallet and your receipts.
- If you send a bug report: your words, the page path, browser, window size, recent app errors, and your workspace and user id.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
For the data about your prospects, you are the controller and we are your processor, under the data processing agreement (DPA). For profiles our lead pool finds, we are the controller for finding them and assigning each to one customer; once assigned, the customer is the controller for the outreach.
- To run your account and provide the service. The legal basis is performing our contract with you.
- To keep accounts and the service secure, and to prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe service.
- To keep payment records. The legal basis is our legal obligation to keep business records.
For the people we contact: where your details come from
A message you received through the service came from the LinkedIn account of one of our customers, a business that chose to contact people like you. Your details came from your public LinkedIn profile, found in one of two ways:
- a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search run from the LinkedIn account of the business that contacted you; or
- a Sales Navigator search run by Prospect Engine LLC from LinkedIn accounts it holds for this purpose, to find people who fit that business's target market. These accounts search in small batches of no more than 300 profiles, take turns and never send messages. We then pass your profile to one business only.
- The conversation you have with that business on LinkedIn, and public facts about you or your company, such as your company website, when Dew uses one to make a message relevant. Every such fact is stored with its source.
For the people we contact: your choices
We record for every profile which of the two ways found it, so we can always tell you the truth. We do not buy lists of people, do not sell your profile, do not let a business export it, and do not collect your personal email or phone number.
Say stop in the LinkedIn chat and that business never contacts you again. Ask us to delete your data and you go on a never-contact list that covers every customer, and your details are erased within 30 days from every customer's account and from our lead pool. We do not ask our providers to delete what they already received; the list below names each provider and what it receives. We keep only the minimum needed to recognise you so nobody contacts you again.
Ask how we got your details and we tell you honestly, for example: "From your public LinkedIn profile. Prospect Engine LLC, the company behind Dewx, found it through a Sales Navigator search for people in roles like yours. Would you like us to stop?" We name whichever source is true for you.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to see, correct, get a copy of or delete your data, and under some US state laws to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we do neither). If you live in California, you can ask us what we hold, to correct it or to delete it, and we answer within 45 days. Write to roki@dewx.com. Every stop, deletion and source request is logged with the date and what we did.
Who helps us process data
These subprocessors handle data for us under written contracts. LinkedIn and WhatsApp (Meta) carry the messages under their own terms and are not our subprocessors.
- Contabo (France (Lauterbourg data centre, European Union). Contract with Contabo GmbH, Germany): Hosts our application server and database. Data: All data held in the service.
- DeepSeek (China. DeepSeek stores and processes data in the People's Republic of China, which has no EU adequacy decision, and names no transfer safeguard. Contract with Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd., China): The AI model that writes Dew's drafts, sorts replies and checks agreements. Data: Text of briefs, messages and replies, with names of people and companies replaced by placeholders before it is sent. The do-not-contact list is never sent. DeepSeek's own policy says it may use what it receives to train its models and keeps it as long as it considers necessary.
- Google (Gemini API) (Any country where Google has facilities (Gemini API terms). Contract with Google LLC, United States): Runs Dew's voice during a voice call: hears the caller live and speaks Dew's replies (Gemini Live). Dew tells the caller this before any audio. Data: Voice audio while the call is live, and the text made from it. Names are not masked on the voice path. We keep a transcript for 180 days and never the audio. Under the Gemini API terms Google may keep them, and unless the service is on Google's paid tier it may use them to improve its products; on the paid tier they are kept up to 55 days to check for abuse.
- ElevenLabs (United States, the Netherlands and Singapore; ElevenLabs says data is transferred to the United States for storage. Contract with Eleven Labs Inc., United States): A second voice engine, held as a fallback and off unless we switch it on. Data: Voice audio while the call is live, and the text made from it, only if it is ever switched on. ElevenLabs says it may train on voice data unless that use is turned off in the account, and keeps voice data up to 3 years after the last use.
- Unipile (France (hosted on Scaleway; Unipile says no data leaves the European Union, apart from connection proxies covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Contract with Unipile SAS, France): Connects the client's own LinkedIn account, including Sales Navigator, so Dew can search, send and read replies. It also connects the LinkedIn accounts we hold for our lead pool, which run Sales Navigator searches (no more than 300 profiles per search, taking turns) and never send. Data: Prospects' LinkedIn profile details, connection requests, messages and replies, and the client's LinkedIn connection (we never store the password).
- Unipile (WhatsApp) (France (hosted on Scaleway, as above). Contract with Unipile SAS, France): Connects our customer support WhatsApp number, where Dew, an AI, answers customers about their accounts. Data: Customers' WhatsApp numbers and names, and the messages they exchange with Dew.
- Stripe (United States, and Ireland for data outside the Americas. Contract with Stripe, LLC, United States): Takes wallet top ups, auto top ups and refunds. Data: Billing name, company, work email and amounts; card details go to Stripe only.
- Google (Gmail SMTP) (United States and other countries where Google has facilities. Contract with Google LLC, United States): Sends sign-in codes, notices (charges, low balance, LinkedIn problems) and account email, from roki@dewx.com for now. Data: Work email address and the content of the email.
How long we keep it
When an account is deleted, we keep only a one-way hash of each person who asked not to be contacted, so that nobody writes to them again. The hash cannot be turned back into a name.
- Your prospects, their messages and threads: kept until you delete them. Nothing is deleted on a timer. When you delete them, they are deleted from the app and our database, and our backups roll them off within 14 days.
- Profiles our lead pool found that were never assigned to a customer have no set end date yet. We delete one as soon as the person asks, and we will add a fixed period here when we set one.
- Call transcripts: 180 days. The call's summary, the answers taken from it and its outcome stay with your account until you delete it.
- The log of actions on your connected LinkedIn account: 90 days.
- Activity events: 730 days.
- The audit log of changes to your account: 730 days.
- AI usage records: 400 days.
- A removed team member's name and email: 30 days after removal. The record of what they did stays, without their name or email.
- Our log of emails sent: 30 days.
- Account data: until you delete your account. Deletion runs 7 days after you ask, so you can change your mind.
- Payment records: as long as the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights as a customer
You can see, correct, export or delete your data. The account owner can download a full export and request deletion from the Account page at any time. You can also object to processing, ask us to limit it, or complain to your data protection authority.
For anything the Account page does not cover, write to roki@dewx.com. We answer within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires it.
Transfers outside your country
Prospect Engine LLC is a US company. Some subprocessors handle data in other countries; the list above shows where each one does.
Where the law requires a safeguard, we rely on the one each provider names in its own data processing terms: the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified. DeepSeek names none: text sent to it is stored and processed in China, which has no EU adequacy decision.
We send text to the AI text model only after replacing people's names with placeholders.
How we protect data
- Each client workspace is kept apart in the database, so one client cannot read another client's data.
- Names are replaced with placeholders before any text goes to the AI text model.
- Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your work email. Session cookies are HttpOnly and sent only over HTTPS.
- Connection and payment secrets are held on the server and never shown in the app.
AI is not switched on yet; what this section says about AI applies once it is.
How we use AI
Dew is an AI assistant, and says so. It drafts messages, comments and posts, scores leads and answers replies. Under "I review" Dew asks you before it sends, except that when someone clearly agrees to meet, Dew sends your meeting link or confirms the time they picked without waiting (you can switch that off in Settings); under "Autopilot" Dew sends without asking you first. To comment, Dew reads a prospect's recent public posts and keeps a short excerpt of the one it answers with the comment. For posts on your profile we keep the impression count LinkedIn reports. The AI page on this site has the details.
On the Agency, Roki, your strategist, may read your campaign, messages and replies to improve them, and to handle the tricky replies.
We do not train AI models on your data or your prospects' data. DeepSeek's own policy says it may use what it receives to train its models, so we mask names before any text goes to it. Google may use what Gemini receives to improve its products unless the service is on Google's paid tier. ElevenLabs is off unless we switch it on; its own policy says it may train on voice data unless that use is turned off in the account.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the version date at the top. If a change affects how we use your data, we tell account owners by email before it takes effect.
Terms of service
Version 1.10, effective 2026-10-02
The terms for using Dewx: what the service does (outreach, comments and posts), the plans, the two ways to run it (Dew runs it, or you run it with Dew off), meetings held, the leads we find, the LinkedIn risk, how the prepaid wallet works and what it is charged for, how post impressions are counted, refunds, what you may not use it for, and how to stop.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between you, the business that opens an account, and Prospect Engine LLC, a Texas limited liability company (registration Texas SOS file 0805163018), which runs Dewx at dewx.ai. These terms, the data processing agreement (DPA), the privacy policy and the AI page together make up our agreement.
Dewx is for business use, not personal, family or household use. You and everyone who uses your account are 18 or older. You confirm you open the account for a business, not as a consumer, and that the person accepting these terms can bind that business.
The pilot
Access is by invitation during the pilot. You join the waitlist, and you can open an account and top up only after we invite you. An account that already exists keeps working.
Dewx is in a pilot with a small number of invited businesses. A new price applies only to charges made after we give you notice by email and in the app, never to anything already charged, and you can close your account and get back the unused money you paid instead.
In the pilot you may contact only people located in the United States. Dew will not accept a target market outside the US, and any lead outside the US is dropped before anyone contacts it.
You may be able to top up before we switch LinkedIn sending on. Until then the app shows this notice: "LinkedIn sending isn't switched on yet. This notice goes away the day it starts. $9.99 every 30 days per connected LinkedIn account, taken from your wallet. The unused money you paid is refundable any time, less any amount held after a lost card dispute." The account fee does not wait for sending: it starts the day you connect a LinkedIn account.
AI is not switched on yet; what this section says about AI applies once it is.
What the service does
Dewx gives you Dew, an AI assistant. Dew finds people who fit the target market you approve, writes to them on LinkedIn and answers their replies. It works through your own LinkedIn account, which you connect yourself. We never store your LinkedIn password or session cookie.
If you want, Dew also writes and publishes posts on your own LinkedIn profile, only about topics you give it, on days inside your office hours that you can see and move in the content calendar. As the first step of your campaign, Dew can comment on a prospect's recent post from your account before inviting them; each comment says something specific about that post, at most 10 a day, inside the same daily limits and send window as your messages. If a comment is not approved within a day, the invitation goes without it. You can switch the comment step off.
For each kind of work, your campaign (messages and comments) and your posts, you choose one of two ways. "I review": Dew asks you before it sends, and you can decline it or tell Dew what to change, and Dew rewrites it. "Autopilot": Dew sends it without asking you first, inside the same rules, checks and limits. One message does not wait under "I review": when someone clearly agrees to meet, Dew sends your meeting link, or confirms the time they picked and tells them a calendar invite is coming from you, without waiting for your approval, unless you chose "I'll reply myself" in Settings. You can switch back to "I review" or pause at any time. Pausing stops new outreach. Dew still sends your meeting link, or confirms the time they picked, when someone clearly agrees to meet, unless you chose "I'll reply myself". Once you have approved enough campaign messages with few edits, Dew may offer a middle step where it sends routine messages alone and still asks you about sensitive ones such as price or complaints; it starts only if you switch it on. You choose how much Dew does on its own.
Dew keeps to daily and weekly caps on invitations and messages, starts slowly on a newly connected account, and sends only inside the send window you set. By default that is weekdays, 9 am to 5 pm in the prospect's time zone. Where we cannot tell the prospect's time zone, we use your workspace time zone instead. You can lower the caps at any time, and we keep hard ceilings you cannot raise.
Our team can see your account from the back to fix targeting and adjust templates. Every change they make is logged and shown to you.
We do not guarantee a number of meetings, replies or deals.
Leads we find for you
Finding leads is part of the service. We find them from public LinkedIn profiles, using Sales Navigator accounts we hold for this purpose. Those accounts search in small batches of no more than 300 profiles, take turns so no single account carries the load, and never send messages. We search only for people who fit the target market you approved, give each lead to one customer only, and record on every lead which source found it.
You may use these leads only to contact people through the service. You may not copy, export in bulk, sell or share them. If a lead asks us to stop or to delete their data, we do that for every customer.
For the leads we find, we decide to collect the profile and are responsible for that collection. Once a lead is assigned to you, you decide whether and how to contact them, and we act for you under the DPA.
LinkedIn: the risk, in plain words
LinkedIn's User Agreement restricts automated tools. The service sends messages and requests from your account through an automation provider, so using it may break LinkedIn's User Agreement, and LinkedIn may warn, limit, restrict or close your account. LinkedIn has not approved the service. You accept that risk when you connect your account.
The risk from the accounts we hold for our lead pool is ours, not yours. If LinkedIn asks us to stop any part of the service, we may stop that part at once; we tell you and credit back the account fee for the days left in the period.
Pacing reduces the risk. It does not remove it, and we never tell you your account is safe. If LinkedIn restricts or disconnects your account, we pause sending from it at once and tell you in the app and by email. No new account fee starts for it until it reconnects, and it resumes slowly for a week after. If this happened through no fault of yours, the days it could not send come back to your wallet as credit.
Help on WhatsApp
You can ask for help on WhatsApp once you save your number in Settings. We answer only messages from a number registered to a customer account, and only about that account. The assistant there is Dew, an AI, and it says so at the start of every conversation. Dew drafts each reply, and for now a person on our team reads it before it is sent. If that ever changes, we will change these terms first.
WhatsApp is for questions only. Nothing on your account changes over WhatsApp: to approve messages, pause or resume, change your brief or top up, use the app. Refunds, disputes about a charge, legal questions and deleting your account always go to a person on our team.
We write to you there only when you have written to us, and only about your account, never marketing. To stop, clear your number in Settings; your account keeps working in the app and by email. If Dew tells you something there that conflicts with these terms, these terms apply; if you relied on it in good faith and lost money because of it, tell us and we will put it right.
The plans
There are three plans from Dewx. Tool: $9.99 for each connected LinkedIn account every 30 days, and you run your own campaigns; this is the plan open today. Tool + AI: the same account fee, with Dew writing and replying for you, plus $49 for each held meeting; it is not open yet and cannot be bought until AI is live. Agency: $4,990 a month, with Roki as your strategist and no fee per meeting.
The Agency has a 6-month minimum. You pay a $14,970 advance when you sign, then you pay monthly. Apart from the cases in the next sentence, the advance is not refundable, including if you leave before month 6, and the 14-day refund in Paying for longer does not apply to it. If the Agency ends before month 6 for a reason on our side (we end it, we seriously break the agreement, or we change these terms or our prices and you close your account), what happens to the advance is not decided yet; the signed agreement will say.
On the Agency you can connect as many of your own LinkedIn profiles as you like, and we provide 15 LinkedIn IDs from our side. They are not available yet. They depend on a rental plan that a lawyer and a scholar are still reviewing, and we will not offer them until both sign off. We cannot give you a date.
The Agency is sold on a call, under a separate signed agreement you get in writing before you pay anything. These terms cover your use of the Dewx app on the Agency, and the signed agreement covers the Agency service itself. The Agency fee is paid as its signed agreement says.
Your wallet
When you top up, you pay in advance for the service at the prices below. The money stays yours until a service is given and charged, and we hold your unused credit in trust for you. You can top up any amount from $50 while Dew runs it, or $10 while you run it yourself, whenever you like. The mode your workspace is in when you top up decides which minimum applies. For ordinary pay-as-you-go use (the Tool paid every 30 days), there is no contract length, no minimum spend and no setup fee. Separately agreed rep hires run in 3-month blocks; see Hiring a rep for its stopping rules.
Credit can be used only to pay for the service, or refunded to you. It is not a loan to us, a bank account or an investment, and it earns nothing for you or for us. We keep an amount equal to all unused credit in an account that pays no interest, and if any is ever paid on it by mistake we give it to charity.
We never give extra credit or better prices for topping up more. Every dollar you add is worth one dollar of credit. There is no volume discount. The only lower price for paying more at once is a longer period, once that opens (see Paying for longer).
Credit does not expire. If your account has no activity for 24 months, we email you, and if you do not reply we refund the unused money you paid, less any amount held after a lost card dispute. We never keep it.
Auto top up
Auto top up is unavailable in production until saved-card payments are supported. Test mode adds test credit only and never charges a real card. Auto recharge is off unless you turn it on. If you do, you choose the balance that triggers it, the amount and a monthly cap, and we never charge more than your monthly cap in a calendar month. Before it is on, the wallet page shows you exactly what will be charged and when, and you agree to that.
While Dew runs it, the amount is at least $50; with Dew off it is at least $10. We check this minimum when you save auto top up. We never raise your amount or monthly cap automatically. If a saved amount falls below the current mode’s minimum, we switch auto top up off without charging and email the owners. You can set an amount at or above the minimum, with a monthly cap no lower than that amount, and turn it back on when auto top up is available.
It runs only while at least one of your LinkedIn accounts is connected and you have not paused your work. It never runs to pay a fee that was skipped. You get a notice for every automatic top up, and you can switch it off at any time.
Right now every account runs as "I run it (Dew off)". The choice to let Dew run it opens later.
Two ways to run it
In Settings you choose who runs your campaign. "Dew runs it": Dew finds the people, writes the messages and answers replies, and every price below applies. "I run it (Dew off)": you bring your own LinkedIn Sales Navigator search, write your own messages, and run the campaign yourself, in the app or from your own AI tool through our MCP connection. With Dew off, no AI writes, reads or answers anything for you, and we do not search for people for you. AI comes only with Tool + AI, which is not open yet.
With Dew off we take only $9.99 for each connected LinkedIn account for each 30 day period. Dew writes, publishes and comments on nothing while it is off; a post Dew already published keeps its impression charges below.
A switch counts from the moment you make it, and your wallet shows which way applied and when. Only an account owner can switch. With Dew off the same safety rules apply to everything that is sent: each account's daily limits and warm up, your never-contact list and the global stop list, sending hours, and our other checks. The words you write are yours, and they must follow these terms and LinkedIn's rules.
An MCP token lets an AI tool act in your account within what that token allows, never your money or these settings. Keep tokens private, and revoke one in Settings as soon as you no longer need it.
What we take from your wallet
Prices are before tax. If the law requires us to charge tax where you are, we add it at checkout and show it before you pay.
We take only these charges from your balance:
- $9.99 every 30 days per connected LinkedIn account, taken from your wallet. The first 30 days start the day you connect the account, whether or not sending has started. If an account cannot be used for part of a period through no fault of yours (we paused the service, an outage, or LinkedIn restricted or disconnected the account), we credit back the fee for those days, to the day. If you disconnect or remove an account yourself, no further period starts and the period already started is not credited back; if it reconnects inside the period already paid, it uses the days already paid. If your balance cannot cover the fee when it falls due, it is not charged, that account pauses, and the fee is never collected later.
- $49 for each held meeting, only on Tool + AI, as set out in Meetings held. Nothing is charged when someone agrees to meet.
- For posts Dew writes and publishes on your profile, the impression charge set out in How post impressions are counted. Comments on your prospects' posts are free.
Discounts
We give no volume discount. The discounts are the waitlist discount and, once it opens, paying for a longer period, and neither ever applies to the $49 per held meeting.
Discounts never add up: if you hold more than one, such as the waitlist discount and a longer period, only the best discount applies. A referral reward is paid to the person who referred you and is never taken off your price. Who pays for a workspace follows who set it up: an agency that sets one up for its client may pay for it or let the client pay; a workspace a client sets up itself is paid by the client.
Hiring a rep (when it opens)
Reps are not open yet. When they open, this section applies to every hire. A rep is a real person who agrees in writing, for your company alone, to be your part-time business development representative. Their LinkedIn profile shows the role, and your campaign sends from their account with their consent. It is never renting an account and never sharing a password: you never get their login, codes or cookies, and you never sign in to their LinkedIn.
What a rep costs is not in these terms yet, because reps are not open. Before any hire can start, we will add every amount and how it is charged here, with the notice described in Changes to these terms, and you will see each amount again before you hire.
A hire runs in 3-month blocks. The first block starts on the day the hire starts, and a renewal is another 3-month block. A stop by you takes effect at the end of the block. The rep can stop sooner.
You must not ask a rep to claim a title, a place or experience that is not true, and you do not set them hours or targets or fine them. You never receive their list of connections. Messages between you and a rep go only through the app, and we hide contact details in them.
Reps are coming soon. We will publish the off-platform hiring terms before hires open.
Sections for services that are not open yet: post impressions, meetings held, the meeting cap and paying for longer
How post impressions are counted
Posts cost $1 per 100 impressions, which is one cent for each impression, and only for the impressions LinkedIn itself reports for that post, counted for 30 days after it goes up.
An impression is what LinkedIn counts and shows you in that post's own analytics. We do not count impressions ourselves, estimate them or add any. Once a day for 30 days we read LinkedIn's number for the post through our automation provider and keep that reading, which you can see on the post in the calendar.
We charge as the count grows, in steps of 100 impressions ($1 each), and the last part under 100 in exact cents when the 30 days end, so you pay exactly one cent per impression. If LinkedIn gives no number on a day, nothing is charged for it. A number that goes down is never charged again. Nothing is charged for a post after its 30 days, for a post you did not approve under "I review", or for a post that was only a test.
Every charge shows on that post as its own line, with the impressions it covers. Impressions that arrive while your balance cannot cover the next step are free, for good, and are never charged after you top up.
Your posts spending cap defaults to $50 a month. Only the workspace owner can change it; we enforce it at charge time and never raise it automatically. Impressions past the cap are free and never billed later. Due posts wait while the remaining cap cannot cover the next charge.
You can claim back a post's impression charges within 7 days of each charge, from the post in the calendar, and pick the reason. Every charge on that post from those 7 days goes back into your wallet at once, and we stop counting that post. If LinkedIn's own count shows the charge was right, we may take it again once, and we show you the reading it came from.
We do not guarantee any number of impressions, reactions or leads from a post.
Meetings held
With Tool + AI you pay $49 for each meeting that is held. Nothing is charged when someone agrees to meet.
A meeting counts only once it has a time: from your booking tool, a time you type in, or a date Dew read that you confirm. A meeting with no time is never charged on its own, and the app asks you for the time every 7 days. There is no time limit: a meeting counts however long after the yes it takes place.
After the meeting time, the app asks you: "Did it happen?" Held takes $49 from your wallet. No-show costs nothing. If you have not answered 3 days after we ask, we count the meeting as held, and you can still claim the $49 back.
If someone else comes in the person's place, the meeting counts only if they work at the same company and hold a title inside the market you approved. Otherwise it costs nothing.
You can claim back any $49 within 7 days of the charge, from the meeting in the app, with one of these reasons: it didn't happen; someone else came (not the same company, or a title outside my market); or it was too short to be a meeting. The $49 goes back into your wallet at once. We also return any wrong charge we find ourselves, at any time.
The $49 is never discounted, by any period, the waitlist or any other offer.
Your meeting cap and booking links
Dew sends a booking link only while at least $98 of your balance is free. When a meeting is booked, $49 of your balance is set aside for it until you mark it. That money is still yours; account fees cannot use it, and a No-show returns it.
You set a monthly meeting cap. It counts every meeting booked in the calendar month, whatever happens after, so you never spend more than your cap times $49 on meetings in a month. When the cap is reached, Dew stops sending booking links, keeps your conversations going, and tells you: "Cap reached. Raise it to book more."
If your wallet has paused sending and someone agrees to meet, Dew still replies but holds the booking link until you top up. The meeting is then charged like any other, only if it is held.
If you stop midway, meetings already booked stay set aside and cost $49 only if held; for the rest, ask for a refund (see Refunds and ending).
Paying for longer
You can pay the account fee for 30, 90 or 360 days at a time. Paying for longer costs less: 10% off for 3 months (90 days) and 20% off for 12 months (360 days). For each account that is $9.99, $8.99 or $7.99 for each 30 days. These discounts apply to the account fee only, never to the Agency fee or the $49 per held meeting.
Moving up (to a bigger plan or a longer period) starts at once, and you pay only the difference for the days left. Moving down starts when the period you paid for ends.
If you stop a 90 or 360 day period within 14 days of paying for it, we refund that fee in full, once per workspace. A later stop within 14 days, or any stop after them, gets no refund, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If we stop the service, we refund the unused days to the day.
If you remove an account and connect another within 7 days, the new one takes over the days already paid, once per period.
When your balance runs low
When your balance cannot cover the next charge, new invitations and messages pause at once. Replies and your inbox keep working, your leads, drafts and settings stay as they are, and sending picks up again by itself when you top up. We email you when your balance runs low.
Your balance never goes below zero, so a low balance can never leave you owing us money. We charge no interest, ever.
There are no late fees and no penalty charges of any kind.
We offer no financing, instalment credit or deferred payment plans.
The waitlist discount
If you joined the waitlist before 1 November 2026 and open your account from your invite, you get 20% off the $9.99 account fee for each connected LinkedIn account for your first 90 days: $7.99 instead of $9.99 for each 30 day period. It applies to Tool accounts only, never to the Agency fee and never to the price per held meeting. If you also pay for a longer period, only the bigger discount applies.
We no longer take a priority deposit. A priority deposit someone already paid is credit in their wallet, and it stays refundable like any other credit.
Refunds and ending
You can stop ordinary pay-as-you-go use at any time. Disconnect your LinkedIn accounts and no further pay-as-you-go account fees are taken. Separately agreed rep hires run in 3-month blocks, with your stop taking effect at block end. See Hiring a rep for its stopping rules, and Paying for longer for a 90 or 360 day period.
We refund the unused money you paid, at any time, less any amount held after a lost card dispute (below). Credit we gave you is not paid out. The owner asks from the wallet page with one click: the amount is set aside at once so it cannot be spent, and our team then sends it back. The wallet page shows when it is paid. We refund to the card you used, most recent top up first, with no fee deducted, and by bank transfer if a card can no longer take a refund. When your account closes for any reason, we refund the unused money you paid, less any amount still held after a lost card dispute.
If we find a wrong charge ourselves, or you show us clear evidence of one, we return it at any time.
Please ask for a refund before a card dispute; it is faster. You keep your full rights with your card issuer either way.
If a card dispute ends with your bank giving a payment back to you, we hold that amount in your wallet, never more than your balance plus any refund still waiting to be paid, until we settle it with you in writing at roki@dewx.com. Only that amount is held: the rest of your balance stays yours to use and to refund as usual, and sending goes on. Your bank has already given that money back to you, so the held amount is not paid out a second time; if you pay it back to us, we release it to your wallet. There is never interest, a fee or a penalty for a dispute, and you can never owe us money.
Either of us can end the agreement if the other seriously breaks it and does not fix the problem within 30 days of written notice. We may end the pilot for everyone with notice, and we refund the unused money you paid, less any amount held after a lost card dispute.
The refund promises in these terms do not cover the Agency advance. See The plans for what happens to it.
No late fees, no interest, no penalties
This is a firm promise: no interest, ever, on any amount; no late fees, because your balance never goes below zero; no penalties, cancellation or exit fees; and no loss of credit you paid for and your bank did not give back to you. The one exception is the Agency advance; see The plans. Ordinary pay-as-you-go use has no minimum term. Separately agreed rep hires run in 3-month blocks; see Hiring a rep for its stopping rules.
Neither of us will claim interest from the other on any amount, including interest a court or arbitrator could award, as far as the law allows. If any is ever paid to us despite this, we give it to charity and do not keep it.
What you may not use it for
You may not use the service to promote, sell or recruit for any of the following, and we will not run campaigns for them:
- alcohol
- gambling, betting, lotteries or casinos
- pork products
- pornography or other adult content or services
- interest-based lending, including payday loans and other loans or credit products that charge interest
- conventional (non-takaful) insurance
- banks, brokers and other businesses whose main business is interest-based finance, including credit cards, buy now pay later with late fees, and interest-bearing investments
- margin and leveraged trading, and other speculative products that work like gambling, such as sweepstakes, prize draws and fantasy sports played for money
- fortune-telling, astrology and similar services
- cannabis, recreational drugs and other intoxicants
- escort, adult dating and similar services
- weapons for any use other than lawful defence, and anything whose purpose is to harm
- fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, misleading claims, bribery, fake reviews, or buying or selling personal data
- anything illegal where you or the prospect are located
Who you may target
The same list applies to who you target. Dew will not accept a target market made mainly of businesses on that list, even when what you sell is itself allowed. If we find your business or offer is on the list, work stops and we refund the unused money you paid, less any amount held after a lost card dispute.
You also must not write to anyone on your do-not-contact list, ask Dew to pretend to be a person or deny being an AI, ask Dew to invent facts or results, harass anyone, target people in a way that discriminates on a protected characteristic, or try to reach another customer's data.
Reselling the service, including under your own brand, needs a separate reseller agreement signed with us. That agreement is not available yet.
Your responsibilities
By using the service you agree to:
- follow LinkedIn's own terms for your account, including Sales Navigator if you use it
- have a lawful basis for contacting the people in your campaigns, and respect anyone who asks not to be contacted
- give us an accurate picture of your business, your offer and who you sell to, including a true booking link, and tell us when it changes
- meet the laws that apply to your marketing, including the bot and AI disclosure laws in the section on AI below
- read the messages you approve, because they go out under your name
- keep your sign-in codes and your team list up to date, and tell us straight away if a message looks wrong or your LinkedIn shows a warning
The people we contact for you
A prospect who says stop is never contacted again from your account. A prospect who asks us to delete their data goes on a never-contact list that covers every customer, and their details are erased within 30 days from your account and from our lead pool. We do not ask our providers to delete what they already received; the privacy policy names each provider and what it receives.
A prospect who asks how we got their details gets an honest answer, for example: "From your public LinkedIn profile. Prospect Engine LLC, the company behind Dewx, found it through a Sales Navigator search for people in roles like yours. Would you like us to stop?" Dew names whichever source is true for that lead: our lead pool or your own search.
A reply in a language other than English is passed to you instead of being answered by Dew, unless you tell Dew otherwise.
If we pause sending
We may pause sending if a message or campaign breaks these terms or the law, if your LinkedIn account is at risk, or if a regulator requires it. Except where there is urgent risk of harm, we tell you why first and give you a fair chance to fix it. Your balance stays as it is while sending is paused.
AI is not switched on yet; what this section says about AI applies once it is.
Dew is an AI
Dew is an AI assistant. It says so when asked, never claims to be a person, and speaks in a stock AI voice from Google Gemini (the voice called Puck), which is not a copy of any real person's voice. People's names are replaced with placeholders before any text goes to the AI text model. We do not use your data to train AI models. DeepSeek, the AI text model, says in its own policy that it keeps what it receives in China and may use it to train its models; that is why names are masked first. Google, which runs Dew's voice, may keep what Gemini receives and, unless the service is on Google's paid tier, use it to improve its products.
In your settings you choose whether what Dew sends without your prior review (messages, comments and posts under Autopilot, routine messages Dew sends alone, and the meeting link Dew sends on a yes) tells people an AI helped write it. The notice is on by default, and we recommend keeping it on.
You are responsible for the bot and AI disclosure laws that apply to you and the people you contact, including the California B.O.T. Act, Maine's law on AI chatbots in trade and the FTC Act's ban on deceptive practices. If you switch the notice off, you take on that responsibility for the messages sent without it. Whatever the setting, Dew never says or suggests it is you or any other person, and to anyone who asks it answers: "Yes, I'm an AI assistant working for [your name]."
Your data
The DPA is part of this agreement. For data about your prospects, you are the controller and we are your processor. For the profiles our lead pool finds, we are the controller for finding and assigning them, until they are assigned to you.
Your prospects, their messages and threads are kept until you delete them; nothing about them is deleted on a timer. When you delete them, or close your account, we delete them from the app and our database, and our backups roll them off within 14 days. We do not ask our providers to delete what they already received. Separately, call transcripts are deleted after 180 days (the call's summary, the answers taken from it and its outcome stay with your account) and the log of actions on your connected LinkedIn account after 90 days. The privacy policy lists every other period.
You can export all your data from the Account page at any time, and delete your account; erasure runs 7 days after you ask, so you can change your mind. After erasure we keep only a one-way hash of each person who asked not to be contacted, so nobody writes to them again, and payment records for as long as the law requires.
Limits on liability
Neither of us is liable to the other for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it.
These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, harm caused on purpose, our duty to refund your credit, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, such as a provider outage or a change LinkedIn makes.
You are responsible for claims made against us because of the offer you promote, the facts you gave us, a breach of the prohibited lists or your choice to switch off the AI notice. We are responsible for claims made against you because of a breach of our security or of the DPA, a message we sent against your instructions or our promised limits, or our own collection of leads for our pool.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, USA. If there is a disagreement, tell us and we will try to settle it by talking first, within 30 days. If that fails, we go to mediation and then to arbitration in Texas, with no interest awarded to either side.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we email the account owner and tell you in the app at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and update the version date at the top. A change never touches credit you have already paid for or charges already made. If you do not accept a change, you can close your account before it takes effect and get back the unused money you paid, less any amount held after a lost card dispute.
How Dew uses AI
Version 1.4, effective 2026-10-02
Dew is an AI assistant, not a person. This page explains what Dew hears on a call, what we keep, what goes to the AI model, how messages to your prospects get written and sent, and how to talk to a person at Dewx instead.
Dew is an AI, and says so
Dew is your AI buddy at Dewx: the AI assistant that helps you inside Dewx. It is software, not a person.
Every call opens with: "Hi, I'm Dew, your AI buddy at Dewx. I'm an AI, not a person." Before a voice call starts, the consent screen and Dew's first words also say: "So I can talk with you, Google's Gemini service hears this call as it happens. We keep a written transcript and never keep the audio. Is that okay?" The transcript is kept for 180 days. You can say no, or type instead.
Dew asks if that is okay before any questions. You can say yes, ask to type instead, or say no. If you say no, the call ends and nothing more is recorded, and no audio reaches Google before you agree on screen. We store the time you answered and the version of the wording you saw.
Dew speaks in a stock AI voice from Google Gemini, the voice called Puck. It is not a copy of any real person's voice, and Dew never pretends to be our founder or anyone else.
What Dew hears
In a voice call, Google's Gemini Live hears your speech while the call is live and speaks Dew's replies in Gemini's stock voice Puck, which is not a copy of anyone's voice. ElevenLabs is held as a fallback voice engine and is off unless we switch it on. If neither is available, your browser's own speech service does it, and in Chrome that service is run by Google.
You can type instead of speaking at any point in the call. A microphone problem switches the call to typing on its own. With Gemini you can talk over Dew and it stops to listen; with your browser's voice, Dew does not listen while it is speaking, and you can cut it off with Skip.
What we keep
We keep the text of the call and never store call audio on our own servers. The transcript is deleted after 180 days; the call's summary, the answers taken from it and its outcome stay with your account. Our privacy policy explains what our providers keep on their side.
What goes to the AI model
Dew writes its answers and drafts with DeepSeek, an AI model run by another company. Before any text goes to DeepSeek, we replace the names of people and companies with placeholders, and put the real names back when the answer returns. If a name is still in the text, we stop the request instead of sending it.
Your do-not-contact list is never sent to DeepSeek. We do not use your data to train any AI model.
Messages to your prospects
Dew drafts connection notes, messages, replies and comments for your campaigns, and posts for your own profile when you ask for them. For your campaign and for your posts you choose "I review" (Dew asks you before it sends; you can decline or tell Dew what to change) or "Autopilot" (Dew sends without asking you first, inside the same checks and limits). One message does not wait under "I review": when someone clearly agrees to meet, Dew sends your meeting link, or confirms the time they picked, without waiting for your approval, unless you chose "I'll reply myself" in Settings. Dew writes a post only about a topic you gave it, and a comment only about what the post it answers says. You can edit any draft and switch back to "I review" at any time.
Messages go out from your own LinkedIn account, in your name. Before each send we check your do-not-contact list and your daily limits again.
Telling prospects that an AI helped
In your settings you choose whether messages Dew sends without your prior review carry a short notice that an AI helped write them. The notice goes on the first such message in each conversation. It is on by default, and we recommend keeping it on.
You are responsible for the bot and AI disclosure laws that apply to you, such as the California B.O.T. Act, Maine's law on AI chatbots in trade and the FTC Act. Whatever the setting, Dew never says or suggests it is you or any other person, and to anyone who asks it answers: "Yes, I'm an AI assistant working for [your name]."
A person behind Dew
Dewx is not only AI. Dew does the daily work. On the Agency, where our team runs your campaign with you, Roki is your strategist: he works on it with you and handles the tricky replies.
To do that, the strategist may read your campaign, the messages Dew drafts and sends, and the replies your prospects write, and may edit them to improve them. Every change a person makes is logged and shown to you.
Decisions a person makes
Dew can explain how the service works and show you sample leads and our prices. It cannot change a price or make a promise that is not in our published terms. The terms you accept when you sign up are what count.
Talking to a person
Say "I want to talk to a person" at any time on a call, or type it. Dew stops and tells our team, and a person writes to you by email.
Outside a call, write to roki@dewx.com. We reply within 5 business days.
When Dew gets it wrong
Dew can misunderstand you or get a fact wrong. Check what it writes before you approve it, and tell us when something looks off. You can correct your brief, edit any draft and ask us to delete a call transcript at any time.
Data processing agreement
Version 1.4, effective 2026-10-02
How Dewx handles the personal data of your prospects on your behalf, under Article 28 of the GDPR, the UK GDPR and US state privacy laws, and where prospect data comes from. It is part of your agreement with us.
Parties and roles
This agreement is between you, the client (the controller), and Prospect Engine LLC, which runs Dewx at dewx.ai (the processor). It forms part of the terms of service. If the two disagree about personal data, this agreement wins.
For your own account data, such as the sign-in emails of the people on your team and your payment records, we are the controller, and our privacy policy applies instead.
Two more cases where we are the controller: profiles our lead pool finds, for finding them and assigning each to you, until they are assigned; and the platform-wide never-contact record of people who asked us to delete their data, which we keep to honour that request for every customer.
Where prospect data comes from
Prospect profiles come from one of two places: a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search run from your own LinkedIn account, or our own lead pool. The lead pool is Sales Navigator searches we run, from LinkedIn accounts we hold, to find people who fit the target market you approved. Those accounts search in small batches of no more than 300 profiles, take turns and never send messages. We give each pool profile to one customer only, and we record on every profile which source found it.
Subject matter and duration
We process personal data only to provide the service under the terms you accepted: finding likely buyers on LinkedIn, drafting messages, sending them in line with the choice you make ("I review" or "Autopilot"), commenting on public posts of prospects as a campaign step, publishing posts you asked for on your own profile, reading their LinkedIn impression counts, and handling replies.
Processing lasts for the term of your agreement, plus any optional continuation you choose, and ends when the data is erased as set out below.
Whose data, and what data
People whose data we process: your prospects, who are business contacts at the companies you target.
- Name, job title, company and country
- LinkedIn profile link and the public profile content LinkedIn shows your account
- Invitations, messages and replies between your LinkedIn account and each prospect
- The fit score and notes the service keeps about each lead
- Do-not-contact requests
Sensitive data
The service is not built for special categories of data, such as health, religion or political views, or for data about criminal convictions. Do not load such data into it. If we find any, we will tell you and delete it.
Your instructions
We process the data only on your documented instructions. Your instructions are this agreement, the target market you approve, your campaign settings, the messages, comments and posts you approve and the choice you make for each ("I review" or "Autopilot"). We do not sell or share the data, do not use it for our own purposes, and do not combine it with other customers' data, except for the never-contact record and our lead pool, where we find a profile as controller and then assign it to one customer only.
If we think an instruction breaks data protection law, we tell you and do not act on it until you confirm or change it. If the law requires us to process data in another way, we tell you first unless the law forbids that.
Confidentiality
Everyone at our company who can access your data is bound by a duty of confidentiality, and gets access only when their work needs it. When our staff open a client workspace to give support, they may also change it, as the terms and the AI page describe: fix targeting, adjust templates, review claims and, on the Agency, edit drafts and replies. Every change a person makes is logged and shown to you.
Security measures
We keep technical and organisational measures in place that suit the risk, including these:
- Each client workspace is kept apart in the database, so one client cannot read another client's data.
- People's names are replaced with placeholders before any text goes to the AI model.
- Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to a work email. Session cookies are HttpOnly and sent only over HTTPS.
- We never store LinkedIn passwords or session cookies. Connection and payment secrets stay on the server and never appear in the app.
- Prospect data is kept until the customer deletes it, and then it is deleted from the app and our database. On a schedule, call transcripts go after 180 days (the call's summary, extracted answers and outcome stay), the log of LinkedIn actions after 90 days, a removed team member's name and email after 30 days, our log of emails sent after 30 days, AI usage records after 400 days, activity events after 730 days and the audit log after 730 days.
Subprocessors
You give general authorisation for us to use the subprocessors below. Each one is bound by a written contract with data protection duties at least as strict as ours in this agreement. We stay responsible to you for their work.
Before we add or replace a subprocessor, we email the account owner at least 30 days ahead. You can object on reasonable data protection grounds within that time. If we cannot resolve the objection, you can end the agreement without owing anything for months that have not started.
Helping you with rights requests
If a prospect asks to see, correct, delete or export their data, or objects to being contacted, we help you answer. The app lets you find, edit and export a lead and add a person to your do-not-contact list, and we delete a prospect's data when you ask. If a request comes to us directly, we pass it to you without undue delay and do not answer it ourselves unless you ask us to.
We also give you the information you reasonably need for a data protection impact assessment or a consultation with a supervisory authority.
At the end: export, then erase
You can export all your data from the Account page at any time, including after you cancel and until the data is erased. We recommend you export first.
We keep prospect data until you delete it; there is no automatic deletion while your account is open. When you delete prospect data, we delete it from the app and our database, and backups roll it off within 14 days. We do not ask subprocessors to delete what they already received; the list above names each subprocessor and what it receives.
When you ask for erasure, or when the agreement ends, we erase your workspace 7 days later, so you can change your mind. We then remove each of your LinkedIn accounts from Unipile; we do not ask other subprocessors to delete what they already received.
After erasure we keep only a one-way hash of each person who asked not to be contacted, so nobody writes to them again. The hash cannot be turned back into a name. We keep a copy of other data only where the law requires it, and only for as long as it requires.
Audits
We give you the information you need to show that we meet this agreement. You, or an independent auditor bound by confidentiality, may audit our compliance once a year, with 30 days written notice, during business hours. You pay for the audit unless it finds that we broke this agreement. You can audit more often after a personal data breach or when a supervisory authority asks.
Transfers outside the EU, the EEA and the UK
Some subprocessors may handle data outside the EU, the EEA and the UK. The list above shows where each one does.
We transfer personal data out of those areas only with a safeguard the GDPR allows: the one each provider names in its own data processing terms, which is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified. DeepSeek offers no such safeguard, and text sent to it is stored and processed in China, which has no EU adequacy decision. We send it only text with people's and companies' names replaced by placeholders.
Personal data breaches
If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we tell you without undue delay. We tell you what happened, which data and people are affected, what the likely effects are and what we are doing about it. If we do not know everything yet, we send what we have and follow up as we learn more.
We help you meet your own duty to notify the supervisory authority and the people affected.
US state privacy laws
Where a US state privacy law applies, we act as your service provider or processor for the prospect data you control. In the words of the California regulations: we process it only for the business purpose of running LinkedIn outreach for you; we do not sell or share it; we do not keep, use or disclose it for any other purpose or outside our direct business relationship with you; we do not combine it with personal information from other sources or other customers, except as that law permits, such as the never-contact record; you may take reasonable steps to check our use and to stop and fix any unauthorised use; and we tell you if we can no longer meet these duties.
Profiles from our lead pool, before we assign them to you, are ours as controller and are outside this section.
Liability and law
The limits on liability in the terms of service apply to this agreement, except where data protection law does not allow them. They do not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or harm caused on purpose. This agreement is governed by the same law as the terms of service: the State of Texas, USA.
